Amazon is offering some nice discounts on its Echo range of smart speakers, effectively bringing its price down to almost half for some models. Take for instance the Echo Show 5 which is right now selling for an extremely lucrative $45. That makes for a discount of 47 percent for the second-generation smart speaker that was first introduced in 2021. The speaker which comes with a 5.5-inch display and a 2 MP camera otherwise sells for $85. As Engadget reported, the above price will apply to all color options – Charcoal, Deep Sea Blue, and Glacier White – the speaker comes in.
The Echo Show 5 for Kids too is selling for $45, down from its original price of $95. The smart speaker comes with all the standard perks though, which include a two-year worry free guarantee, free access to the Kids+ service for a year, and parental controls.
Then there also is the Echo Show 8 which is currently on sale for $75, which is $55 less than the usual selling price of $130. The smart speaker with an 8-inch HD touchscreen display comes in shades of Charcoal and Glacier White. It also features a 13 MP camera which coupled with the comparatively large display makes it ideally suited for video calls.
If you are still on the lookout for something bigger, there is the Echo Show 15 which comes with a rather massive 15.5-inch Full HD display. This makes it well suited for being mounted on the wall as well though there also is the option to have it placed on the tabletop. The Echo Show 15 is currently selling for $225 which is $55 less than its usual price. With that much screen real estate on tap, you can view a lot of information on it or display several widgets as well. Plus, it can be used to display a piece of art as well, in which case it can function as a picture frame.
